Business Model Canvas is a strategic management and lean startup template for developing new companies. It is a visual chart with elements describing a firm's or product's value proposition, infrastructure, customers, and finances. In this project we use this tool with the help of Symbols. Materials enable all kinds of scenarios and enhance the creativity. The symbolic field and resources of this tool give the clients an additional language and a unique manner to interpret and communicate. Thus ideas, dreams and goals can be made transparent.

Designed for use with all types of Startups, entrepreneurs, product and process innovation for SMEs. It can be used in single stetting’s but also in groups.
